Embark on an enchanting journey with “Serenade from the Americas: A Musical Voyage for Violin and Piano,” showcasing the rich soundscapes of the United States, Mexico, Cuba, Argentina, and Venezuela.

Performances take place in the Jacquemin Family Foundation Hall. Lunch begins at 12:30 p.m.
Run Time: one-hour concert, followed by a coffee and dessert reception with the artists.

The program features Vivaldi’s Guitar Concerto, renowned for its unforgettable slow movement, and Villa-Lobos’s lively concerto inspired by Brazilian folk rhythms. The orchestra will be joined by virtuoso guitarist Junhong Huang. The concert concludes with one of Schubert’s deeply lyrical and captivating symphonic works.
